As the paramedics tended to the baby, the argument grew increasingly heated.
Victoria accused Sarah of deliberately destroying her vehicle.
Sarah remained silent.
She simply watched the little one, hoping he would survive.
A police officer arrived at the scene.
Before making any decisions, he asked to check the street's security camera footage.
The footage showed the entire sequence of events.
The baby had been locked inside the car for over twenty minutes.
The temperature inside had reached dangerous levels.
Sarah could clearly be seen trying to open the doors, calling for help, and even looking for the owner before breaking the window.
No one had responded.
The crowd fell silent.
Victoria watched the screen, unable to hold back her tears.
She realized that, while running a quick errand she thought would take only minutes, she had endangered her own son's life.
The medic approached with the baby, now stabilized.
"You arrived just in time."
